Before the actual beginning of the war Russia has been spreading false information about Nato overstepping agreements in place which in turn is pushing Russia to defend itself. To dilute these false accusations, we were asked to create an informative video  deconstructing the Article no.10 and other arrangements to the Russian speaking audience.

By joining forces with illustrator Roberts Rurans and animator Eduards Balodis a short animation was created to reach younger audience that usually is not a Nato communications target. All frames were hand painted which gives the animation an extra human appeal.

Puppet play association was used to show such a bureaucratic subject from a  different point of view. Personification of countries was also used
to simplify the subject and make it easier to grasp.
